Gender

For single category, there is an All Gender and Women Category. We encourage non-binary/gender-neutral athletes to participate in the category they feel safest in competing.

For All Gender crews, any combination of athletes, regardless of their gender, may join that crew.

For the Men’s crew categories, to facilitate the inclusion of women and non-binary/gender-neutral athletes participation, athletes are allowed to row in the Men’s division as long as there is at least one male rower in the lineup.

Mixed crews should comprise an equal number of male and female rowers.

Coxswains may be of any gender.
