Overview

The Gay Games Hong Kong Gala Concert Series is a two night extravaganza of talent featuring electrifying performances by artists from all across the globe showcasing vocal, orchestral, dance, and performance art talent. Join us for a night of love, acceptance, and unity.


For the first time in Gay Games history, we are offering a world class, concert series in conjunction with the Games featuring local, regional, and international talent to fully showcase the capabilities and robustness of Asia’s World City to all who join and participate.The Concert Series will take place from November 5th - 6th and be ticketed for the public as well as Gay Games participants.

Courtney Act - SYDNEY

Courtney Act is an Australian Drag Artist known for their many accolades as a semi-finalist on Australian Idol's premier season, placing Top 3 in RuPaul's Drag Race Season 6, the Winner of Celebrity Big Brother UK, and Runner-up on Dancing With The Stars as ½ of the show’s first same-sex pairing. Courtney stunned this year as the co-host and performer of Sydney World Pride’s opening concert. She will be headlining Gay Games Hong Kong’s night 1 of Gala Concerts on November 5th.


DARKWAH - LONDON

Darkwah Kyei-Darkwah is a non-binary, multi-disciplinary artist, content creator & presenter for BET UK. The core aims of Darkwah's music is to educate, entertain and inform on the Black queer experience. Promoting increased visibility of Black queer talent, voices, and insights, Darkwah is dedicated to ensuring they and those they work with can be the people that they themselves needed when they were younger. Darkwah is both a performer of pop music as well as being classically trained in opera.


JASON DHAKAL - OMAN

Jason moved to the Philippines two years ago to try and satiate his passion for music with a career in the music industry. Jason's music is meant to explore a voice and a passion that many in his region are not accustomed to hearing, R&B, soulful songs from a gay man's perspective. Jason recently performed in Hong Kong with Warner Music in June for Pride Month.


MISS JANNI 芊而 - HK

Miss Janni is a fresh artist from Hong Kong known for her intense and artistic visual direction and minimalistic, electro pop approach to hip hop. With more diversity emerging from the Hong Kong music scene, Miss Janni has begun carving out her own musical path that reflects her multicultural upbringing in Hong Kong.


PRUMSODUN OK AND NATYARASA - PHNOM PENH

Prumsodun Ok & NATYARASA is Cambodia's first gay dance company, re-stageing Khmer classical dances with a vital freshness and create original, groundbreaking works at the intersection of art and human dignity. By infusing Cambodian tradition with a contemporary spirit, they elevate the quality of life and expression for LGBTQ people in Cambodia and beyond.


SILVY ซิลวี่ - BANGKOK

Silvy is an award-nominated musician and actress from Bangkok, Thailand. While adding her distinctive voice to a number of soundtracks, she has also appeared on hit TV shows such as The Voice Thailand and The Masked Singer with a distinctive rock style that has dubbed her "The Asian P!NK". Silvy's songs are wholly self-aware and confident speaking to body positivity and female empowerment


TERENCE SIUFAY 小肥 - MACAU

Born in Macau, Terence Siufay is a singer and actor who has been with the group C-Plus for the past 10 years in Macau. In 2007, he joined Gold Typhoon in Hong Kong. He got the new male singer bronze award from Ultimate Song Chart Awards Presentation 07 and won the silver award for the song "逼得寵物太緊" with Kary Ng.


THE HARMONICS (feat. ELEMENTS CHOIR) - HK

The Harmonics Choir Hong Kong is the city's largest LGBTQ+ & Allies choir.


THE HONG KONG PHILHARMONIC (BRASS ENSEMBLE) - HK

Since becoming the first established professional orchestra of Hong Kong in 1974, the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra performs over 140 performances annually to an audience of over 180,000 contributing to local and international collaborations in classical and pop musicians.


VIRGIN X - LONDON

Virgin X is a classically trained singer and Cabaret artist from London who has long had a love for Hong Kong. Virgin uses their art and music to explore the highly toxic environment for people who grow up queer in unsupportive surroundings, using glam and outside the box performances to highlight the need for inclusivity and understanding.


ZELOS WONG 黃凱逸 - HK

Zelos Wong is a singer and songwriter from Hong Kong whose songs focus on the struggles and celebration of being a gay man as well as commemorating the death of his partner in 2020. In 2019, Zelos participated in the ViuTV program All People Make Stars II and placed in the top 60.


Shea Couleé - the U.S.A.

Shea Couleé is a renowned American Drag Artist, actor, model, and recording artist best known for winning the fifth season of the VH1 show RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars. They rose to international fame as a finalist in season nine of the show and became the first queen to bring haute couture to the runway in season seven. Shea’s work spans many genres, including modeling, recording, and releasing music via their own label, Haus Down Records, performing all over the world, and acting in an upcoming Marvel series. Shea's debut album "8" was released earlier this year to much acclaim and served as the soundtrack for their international headlining tour "The Lipstick Ball" across the UK/Europe.
